We hope your Lunch Joy order brings smiles to mealtime! But if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’re here to help.
If you change your mind, you’re welcome to return any unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, products must be in their original packaging and condition.
Please note:
- Return postage costs are covered by the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A small 6% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days at support@lunchjoy.com.au with your order number and a few photos. We’ll happily arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund — all at no cost to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

At Lunch Joy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all inserts or accessories.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- The original postage fee is non-refundable.
- A 6% restocking fee applies to refunds.
If the returned product is used, damaged, or missing parts, we may decline the return and send the item back at your cost.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Please email support@lunchjoy.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund — at no additional cost to you.
Return Process
- Contact us at support@lunchjoy.com.au or log in to your account to request a return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
- Securely pack your item and include proof of purchase.
- Once received and inspected, your refund/exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Additional Information
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Items purchased from third-party sellers or retail stores must be returned directly to them.
- Lunch Joy reserves the right to amend this policy at any time to ensure fair and transparent service.
